George Floyd’s family are here in Houston; Tuesday’s march accompanying the family was 60,000 strong.

We live nearly two miles away from downtown, and the din of united voices was clear and audible the entire walk home after attending the demonstration.

I’m sorry. Instead of writing, I’m listening.

I am amplifying the voices of black entrepreneurs and creators and leaders who have taught me so much in so little time.

Follow them, watch their recent posts and videos, and invest in their programs. Here are a few leaders I am learning from:

  • Rachel Rodgers has been a searing voice on what it means to be unequivocal. I recommend this live video she did as a starting point if you feel in the space of “I don’t know what to say.” Additionally, for my online business people, she has a blog on cultivating diversity remotely.
  • Osheta Moore shared a video that helped me delineate how sharing my awareness can actually be not helpful or disrespectful for the black community. Take 5 minutes and watch the video.
  • Trudi Lebron held a recent anti-racism workshop entitled Show Up And Serve: A Workshop For White Coaches. The replay is available for
